A Customer Service Representative (CSR) builds and maintains the relationship between the company and the customers. The focus should be on maintaining a positive customer relation and resolving any issues that arise. Must have the ability to clearly and concisely communicate.

A dispatcher coordinates and oversees the freight transportation. They assign drivers, manage routes, communicates with drivers and customers, and handles any issues that may arise on the road. Dispatchers help ensure the freight is delivered safely and on time while following all the regulations.
